Arike began learning to crochet in Primary School when she lived in Nigeria. Her childhood memories of threading a needle and watching a bundle of yarn transform into endless possibilities, such as scarves, hats, cardigans, etc stayed with her throughout her teen years when she began watching other crocheters on Youtube. It was a type of art that sparked a passion within her.
Arike dedicated hours to perfecting her skills, so much so that hours became days and days weeks. Within this length of time, personalised pieces would be birthed - everything from crop tops, to matching two pieces and baby blankets.
Arike’s love for creativity, her desire to please her clients, her attention to detail and last but not least, the dedication she emits to ensure every line of yarn is sewn and handmade to perfection.
